CAPO is the acronym for the research of High Performance Computing and Optimization GAVAB group within the Department of Computer Science (DCC) and located on the campus of the University Móstoles King Juan Carlos. The group was founded in 2007 and consists of 6 predoctoral and 4 postdoctoral researchers with extensive research experience in competitive projects with regional and national public funding. Technology transfer to the industrial environment is another priority of CAPO and has actively collaborated with companies such as MEDIAPRO, Empresa Municipal de Transportes (EMT) in Madrid, ENDESA Energy and Inteo VIGIDAR Media. In addition, CAPO belongs to the partnership program with universities from Nvidia Corp. through their Professor Partnership Program.
